I don’t have much time to answer, but if you look up finnish sauna construction, you can find a lot of information. If one suggests using river rocks, don’t. They can explode when heated. Use lava rocks or buy the rocks from a sauna dealer. As for the questions.. 1. Yes, 2. I’m not sure about the CO, but you would need to dehumidify the air or you will have horrible condensation problems. 3.
