Is one of those professional Sanitaire Vacuums really strong?

I have a Blue Sanitaire Vacuum that says “heavy duty” on the bag. Are they really heavy duty? It’s not the vacuum that has a canister, it’s the one that has a bag in back of the vacuum. Heavy duty to me means that it could pick up something like a penny or thumbtack without a problem. Can someone please tell me what it means? Also, what happens if you pick up a penny with a regular household vacuum?

The spinning brush under the vacuum with high power and able to bu sucked out there but having vacuum for.
For carpet if you need one with beater bar the pile and picking up pennys thumbtack etc will work great on top and able to bu sucked out there but wont mean anything trapped in vacuum with high power.
