Is it going to hurt my vacuum cleaner if I use it to pick up cat litter?

There’s one more question I have that goes along with this. The small different parts that you can take out of the vacuum cleaner to clean, can you rinse them in the sink as long as you let them dry before you put them back? & is it okay to wipe down the inside parts with a damp cloth? It’s pretty dirty! This vacuum doesn’t have bags, it’s one of those that has the part you take out & dump the junk.

I have 2 cats, so I am always vacuuming up litter. Mine is bag less as well. It’s OK. And you can wipe with a damp cloth. :):):)

Yes it is O.K. to clean up cat litter I have been doing it for years.
I also have a bag-less vacuum and clean in regularly just make sure that all of the parts are dry before you use the vacuum again.

Actually, after you vacuum the litter, you can vacuum a liquid and the litter will actually absorb the liquid *in the catch*, actually.

The plastic bag and start getting off the plastic bag and then you would first get plastic bag and toss it into that plastic bag and start getting off the cat litter into that plastic bag and then just tie up the dust and start getting off the dust.
