I own a 2/2 with carpet everywhere except the kitchen, anyways

The dirty carpet is stinking up the place and I am feed up with it. I want to buy a vacuum cleaner around $200 that is filter free. I don’t want to buy any extra parts for a good 2 years.

Anyways, any suggestions? I want to do a lot of research before I get one, so I’ll be looking at any brands and names you have.
