Is it normal for my little cousin to have an infatuation with a vacuum cleaner?

He is 4. He loves his vacuum cleaner. Most little boys have a favorite blanket, toy, or teddy bear. Not him. It’s an upright vacuum cleaner. He always pushes this thing around the house. If you take it away, he will cry. Should his parents be worried?
